One success story. I've been meaning to let you know how helpful you've been in directing me on the right path in nutrition. Since attending your seminar and following your advice, I have lost almost thirty pounds and recovered a great deal of the energy I thought I had lost due to "old age." I found eliminating hurtful substances from my diet was much easier than I thought--fresh fruits and green vegetables provide me with good digestion and regularity--as well as delicious-tasting meals. I've mentioned you to friends and hope they are wise enough to take advantage of your expertise. Best regards, Tom, (senior citizen) Novato, CA

Hi Michael,    I think your smoothie is fine. You're only having a cup of greens and some of my smoothies have contained a pound or more. I've never had a problem with oxalic acid. Old time raw foodist

2016-11-06 cooked meat responsible for intelligence?:

Hi Parvez,    I'm not really an expert on this theory but I do know a little. With the ice age man was forced to eat meat due to a lack of vegetation. And cooked meat was a lot easier to eat and digest

2016-03-07 Sauerkraut/fermented foods:

Hi Len,    There are brands that can be bought at stores and farmers markets that are good. You have to be careful that the fermented food has not been pasteurized though. Those that come in glass containers

2016-01-23 raw meat:

Hi Porsher,      I would not recommend eating raw meat. Today meat is processed in large factory facilities with little or no supervision and small regard for cleanliness. I think raw meat may be healthier

2015-01-15 Chlorella:

Hi Chris,    They are both very good, but perhaps do different things. Spirulina has more protein and chlorella is a better detoxer, particularly heavy metals.     The important thing is to find good quality
