Expertise

I`m an Elton John fan since 1983 for "I guess that`s why they call it the blues", my favourite song. I can answer questions about song histories and lyrics, Elton John life, concerts and benefit shows, TV appearances, chart lists throughout the world, ... and whatever you need to know about, I can investigate for you

Experience in the area

http://eltonjohnallsongslist.blogspot.com/ The Allsongslist reg. began in 1984 and has all the Elton John charts successes throughout the world, all the set lists of the concerts since 1970, all the album tracks, etc. etc. You could vote for the best Elton songs giving 250 points to your number one, 200 number 2, 150 to number 3, 100 to number 4 and 50 to number 5. Which songs do you like most?

What do you like about this subject?

Well, Elton John music is the soundtrack of my whole life. I still remember the first time I heard "I guess that's why they call it the blues" on the radio: I was crazy searching for the title of the song and who was the singer. Til then, I can't stop listening Elton John music.

What do you still hope to achieve/learn in this field?

The feedback between Elton John fans is always positive. It takes me time to answer a question because I want to give an extended and completed answer. This is the clue of my expertise. And for me it's very important to complete my ALL SONGS LIST in order to search the BEST ELTON JOHN SONG

Something interesting about this subject that others may not know:

I'm sure that nobody can't discuss the great songwriter that Elton John is and his influences on the pop music history. Elton John is a big star and he is well known in every country of the world. He has written more than 500 songs... with a big success in the 70s, the 80s, the 90s til nowadays.

Something controversial or provocative about this subject

On the other side, Elton John had a scent for scandal but, as Bernie says in the "Made in England" lyrics ... "but hell my middle finger, I had forty years of pain and nothing to cling to"
