I have studied the band for going on 30 years now. I have met the remaining members of Zep, along with some of their neighborhood friends and some of their family members. My knowledge about them is probably strongest in the area of biography, personalities, song meanings, influences, etc. I may not be well versed in various technical aspects of various recording equipment, instrument details, or any info on how to play the music, as I am not a musician. I am mostly a fan who has been reading about them, collecting, and has met them numerous times in the last 25 years. If I don't know an answer I have lots of resources and references to look up!
Been studying the band since 1977.

Hi Hrach, Jimmy seems to like (or liked) whiskey and beer. I've often seen him drinking whiskey or perhaps scotch neat. I don't know, though, if he still drinks, or what his favorite blends or brands
Ryan, Can you remember one or two lines of the song at all? I am not versed in music theory. It's not No Quarter is it? I'm racking my brain.. Just thought of two more Ryan. How bout Southbound
Hi Dominic, I've always thought the song was an analogy to a greedy society, most probably the US. The reason I think it's America is because Plant refers to the "dollar" and "her name is brown or
Hi Joyce, This is what I know about Robert's family: His father's name was Robert, his mother's Ann. His father passed away in 2005 I think, and I don't know whether or not his mother is still alive
Hi Darion, Here they are (anyone out there please add songs if I've forgotten any): Ramble On - Plant uses the analogy of a dark unhappy place as "Mordor" and his girl was stolen by "Gollum", or
