Wow - I have been out of DCI for decades. I imagine there are only 2 sources for what you want. The Blue Devil's web site or dci.org. I am not aware they actually publish this outside of their own web
Hello, Much depends on the type of finish already on the drums. I suspect they are covered in a cortex or laminate finish, which is usually black, white to one other color. You can do this yourself
