Expertise

I can answer ALL general writing and grammar questions! I am very good at written communication. From knowing what's appropriate (more complex or more simple, tone, audience, grammar, spelling, correct word usage) to knowing the detailed formation of words, sentences etc...

Experience in the area

As you can see from my high ratings in Excel area, I never apply for things I can't do. Also, you can see I am polite to questioners. I have a college degree and more importantly than everything else, I spent a year and a half in law school and ranked in the top 6% of my class. My Civil Procedure day-long exam essay response was used the next year as the model answer for future students to study. Law school is extremely writing-intense, and indeed - writing well is literally the core of the subject itself. In this category, I am confident. :)

Education/Credentials

BA Poli Sci, 1.5 yrs of law school, 3 years as business analyst in major bank.

2012-04-17 school + off:

*    Hmm...it sounds "ok", but not very well.  We do use the word "off" to describe the students, but not usually the school.      It would sound very good to say "students are off school in the summer"

2012-03-31 are they idiomatic to your ears?:

*    on the first one, I'm not entirely sure what you want to mean, but here is a correct-sounding version:  The seat of the airplane was broken, and I did not feel comfortable at all.     The 2nd one

*    I do not think they are perfectly correct, or as "correct" as you might want them to be.      However, they don't sound at all idiomatic to me, no.
