Expert Profile: Jerry Leone

Expertise:  I`ve taught writing or some aspect of the English language for nearly 35 years. I can answer nearly any question on grammar, usage or meanings of words above dictionary usage. An avid crossword fan and writer, I can also answer questions about business presentations and resumes.
I have worked with words all my life as a teacher of the language and as an amateur and professional writer. Communication is a vital force in my life and everyone else's.

What do you like about this subject?  I like the fact that English is a vital language. It grows with usage and technology. It is a study you can never master, but work toward perfection.
What do you still hope to achieve/learn in this field?  I hope to ever increase both my written and spoken vocabulary. As an avid crossword puzzler, I am constantly looking up new words and working with the old ones.
