I can answer all photography questions, but more specifically those related to wildlife photography.

Experience in the area

I am proprietor of ShutterSplash® Photography and specialize in wildlife photography and instruction. My experience ranges from portrait to sports. I conduct field workshops to work one-on-one with clients to enhance their passion for photographing wildlife. My web site is www.shuttersplash.com.

I have a masters degree from Webster University, St Louis, MO.

Awards and Honors

I was the winner of Outdoor Illinois 2008 photo contest in the mammal category. I also received honorable mention in the same contest for the bird category. My photos were published in their February 2009 magazine issue.

Without knowing all of the features of both cameras, you should do much better with the 10X optical zoom.  To compare, do an internet search for "optical zoom samples".  My search brought some nice samples
