Something controversial or provocative about this subject  Too many service companies charge ridiculous prices or flat rate fees for their work. Let the buyer beware. Get bids on service calls or ask friends or neighbors for references.
What do you still hope to achieve/learn in this field?  Help others in need.
Something interesting about this subject that others may not know:  R-22 will not be manufactured any more after Feb. 2009. The cost has risen to record levels already & will rise more this Summer. R-410 is the replacement. Equipment costs will rise also. Get ready.
What do you like about this subject?  Every building & house has it.Every one will need repair at some time.I like working by myself with my hands.
