I'm guessing that you dont have the manual for the controller. Most controllers indicate something like "short" when there is a solenoid problem, but that doesn't rule it out. However, since you have
If the pump is coming on and there is no pressure, it could be that you have an air leak in the plumbing on the suction side of the pump. If the pump doesnt come on, then you need to check the wiring
This could be any of several things. Try manually bleeding one of your valve just to make sure that the water to the valve is on. Remove the power to the controller for at least 5 minutes to let it reset
You can try to reset the controller by disconnecting the power supply and battery backup for about 5 minutes, then reconnect and see what happens. However, I have direct experience with this model controller
