It's great to be able to help new vegetarians and vegans (or people who might just be interested in the topic) get a handle on eating in a healthy way without missing out on flavor.

That whole protein thing is a myth. We probably eat way more protein than we need on any given day.
I'm just in it for health. Although I don't agree with animal testing at all.

Hi Pat, The fact that there's something dark in there with them makes me think that there may be bugs or otherwise in your container. I'd check that first. You might also want to do a pantry cleaning
