I have been a vegetarian since March '06, I thankfully have a family that is supportive of my eating preference so I cook for myself at leisure, but I know lots of good vegetarian food and I am an energetic person willing to answer any kind of question.

Education/Credentials

I have taken several cooking classes at North Eugene High School as well as at LCC. I also cook regularly at home.
