What do you like about this subject? what I like about this subject is I enjoy cooking chinese food, and to share what I know to peoples around the world!!!!!!

What do you still hope to achieve/learn in this field? I still hope to learn more about authanic chinese food cooking like the food that you eat at big city like Atlanta,Houston and Los Angeles!

Something interesting about this subject that others may not know: The food that you american's eat at chinese restaurant are not what we eat at our country!!
