Expertise:  I can answer questions about typical French food, especially what is eaten daily in real French households. I can answer questions about recipes used in French homes as well as the sort of food products they use. I can answer questions about French food culture as it is expressed by the average French resident. I can not answer quesitons about complicated cooking techniques or elaborate recipes.

Experience in the area
I have been living in France for 17 years and cooking for my family throughout this time. I am fluent in French and am surrounded by French culture. I believe that it is truly important that we enjoy our food, that we notice it, that we learn about it and that is what I do.

I have a BA in psychology but that's not going to count for much here, eh? As far as I'm concerned, I have a PhD in homemaking and cooking.
