all kinds of ethnic cooking. I have traveled to many countries and have learned to cook many different kinds of food. If you need a recipe most likely I have it...
I taught myself Spanish and I've travelled all over Central America learning local dishes and recipes.
I started cooking when I was very young and have developed an interest in ethnic dishes. Now my children have begun to take an interest in cooking as well. Because of the variety of things I prepare, they have quite a range of favorite foods.
I am always expanding the integration of all the different types of food I have learned to prepare. I hope to write a book someday.
When I was married, I did all of the cooking. Now that I am single, my children cook with me frequently. The eldest,(17) has become quite good.
