Hi Chris, I wouldn't recommend living on a liquid diet unless it was out of complete necessity. The problems with drinking meal replacements is the high sugar content and lack of fiber and 'fresh'
Look for a healthy cereal, none to low added sugar. Something like grape nuts, bran, oatmeal is good too. Your fruit serving can be added to the cereal to sweeten it up. About 135 calories, 3 servings
In regards to food, eating 6 times a day in small meals can help to speed up your metabolism and make sure to drink 3 litres of water. You should eat 1500 calories a day, due to your weight and age.
