L.Kiyana Yes you may have a mildew smell but it may be coming from the carpets. I would check under the mats for moisture. Or the AC drain may have stopped up and water may have collected off the evaporator

Hello Michael, Have you verified that the fuel pump is producing fuel at the fuel rail? Listen with the gas cap open, or near the rear wheel well. I would expect that you should be able to hear the pump
