TURNS OUT THE THIRD BRAKE LIGHT WAS LEAKING LIKE CRAZY. GUTTED THE INTERIOR AND I MEAN GUTTED. EVERYTHING OUT DONE TO BARE METAL. STUCK A HOSE ON THE
