2016-07-03 2004 GC SE 4.0L overheating:

yes the pcm cuts off the fan when the temp is below a certain temp.  The fan should be running 90% of the time when the ac is on.  No wire hack  teh fan is a Pulse with modulated system.  Like a light

its either going to be the whole tail light assembly  known for issues  or a bulb up front.  The flasher  is for all 4  not just one side.   Take the other tail light out  and plug it in to the driver

2015-09-07 05 jeep wrangler p0700 p0888 codes:

this will need to go to an electrical guy  P0888 Relay output always off  SET CONDITION  This code is set when less than 3 volts are present at the transmission control relay output circuits at the Transmission

2015-08-19 evap system on a/c for 95 grand cherokee:

it does not drain through the firewall it goes into the frame  that's why u don't see a tube under the hood.  Use a pip cleaner and remove any debree where teh hole is drilled  shove it as far as u can
