Expertise:  I can help answer questions of the Vancouver area of British Columbia, and am an expert on the Sunshine Coast including the communities of Gibsons, Roberts Creek, Sechelt, Pender Harbour, Powell River and Texada Island. I have lived on the Sunshine Coast full time for over 12 years and vacationed here since 1978. I also own a summer home on Texada Island! I travel the area often and usually spend at least three days a week in Vancouver BC on business.
