Front bearings and or a bent wheel should be fairly easy to see so I'm sure you looked at that. Check the triple tree bearings for excessive play, and make sure the headstock is straight. look for telltale
The carb cleaning on a CBX is an art, the low running circuit is almost impossible to clean without taking the pressed in jets out. If you did not remove those, then the bike will never run right. Adjustment
First check that you are using the correct oil/gas mixture for your bike. Then I would verify the jets in the carbs have not been messed with; this can also cause plug fouling, then lastly you may need
