I have built from ground up race winning motocross bikes and atvs as well as atv,s for flat track and TT racing. I am starting to take on the utv challenges now for racing. This is a new area for me so Im in a learning curve.

Ron, The tensioner may be fully extended and not keeping the chain tight. The chain may need to be replaced. To replace it is extensive. Remove fuel tank,remove valve cover,remove chain tensioner. Its
Jeff,Im not in my shop now but try this. Pull #1 spark plug and pull the cover off the flywheel. Im thinking this unit does not have a timing cover hole. Put a socket on the crank bolt turn it counter
Kyle,can you isolate the noise to a cylinder or head or the upper part like the valve train area. Untill the noise can be located to a specific area it tough to say its this problem and be accurate. Sorry
Jeff, Here's some specs for you. Cam sprocket-11 ft lbs, Valve cover 7 ft lbs, spark plugs 10 ft. lbs,cylinder head 17 ft lbs. Wheel axle nuts front-64 ft lbs and rear is 79 ft lbs. Does any of this help?
Weronika, Just about every bike made has this feature but few use it because its a neglected part that gets a lot of water and road grime and make them stick. Try some penetrating spray lube in the tumbler
