Expertise:   I can answer most questions about the Huntsville area. I could also answer questions about the Birmingham area, primarily the areas to the north and west/southwest of the city. I own property there and plan to retire to that area in a few years.

Experience in the area
I am most familiar with the Huntsville and Birmingham, AL areas, as I lived in Huntsville for many years, and currently spend at least two months each year in the Birmingham area. Re: Huntsville--We lived and worked there for almost 10 years; my daughter and I both attended the university there, and my daughter was married there. I'm very familiar with the history of the area as well, having worked as an interpretive guide in the local "living history" museum park. I own property just west of Birmingham proper, and I'm very familiar with businesses in that area, as well as with businesses in the city.
