Thomas R. Hurwitz, has practiced law in multiple areas throughout his career. Absolutely nothing wrong with that at all. I understand that you are in Indiana, I am not licensed in Indiana. However, in Minnesota, the rule is that the file the attorney has IS the client's file.

I do not think that the insurance adjuster will be honest. Insurance companies make money by collecting premiums and paying out as little as possible. They are motivated to pay out as little as possible
The laws of different states differ greatly. However, it does NOT seem to me that they are accepting responsibility just because they are asking for medical bills and other documentation. I do insurance
