I have been using juicing as an integral part of my family's diet and nutrition program for almost 15 years. I have developed a passion for juicing as an easy way of gaining access to the required daily portion of fresh fruits and vegetables - especially where parents are struggling with kids who won't eat veggies. What do you like about this subject?

I love being able to help folks to discover a more healthy way of living. We don't have to deprive ourselves in order to be healthy. We simply need to learn to make smarter choices when it comes to buying and preparing food. Juicing for health helps us to get all the fresh goodies our bodies need. Cooking healthy food can be fun and the whole family can be shown how to do this.
