As a Health Counselor and a Personal Trainer I can help you line up your eating habits with your exercise for the perfect storm of wellness. I look at nutrition from the view point of Positive Eating as opposed to Dieting. I can help people with eating to fuel workouts as well.

You can exercise hard and you can diet hard, but doing both at the same time is a recipe for disaster!
There is a lot of misinformation out there, most of it serving the purpose of selling stuff that doesn't work! I have vowed to all of my clients and friends NEVER to sell any diet products or half baked equipment- so you know that my advice is NEVER being bought.
