What do you like about this subject?  It is the foundation to life and everything that we do is based on how healthy we feel.

Something interesting about this subject that others may not know:  Eating less and exercising more will eventually lead to fat GAIN.
Something controversial or provocative about this subject  In the UK we have been on fat-free and low fat diets for over 10 years yet obesity in still increasing...all down to bad advice and the government protecting the wheat farmers and dairy producers.
