What do you like about this subject?

It's a fascinating topic, and it's both a science AND an art! Go figure!

Something interesting about this subject that others may not know:

Biggest excuses for not being in shape/eating healthy: not enough time, not enough $, too much suffering. My answer? If you have enough time to watch a 1 hr TV show, enough $ to buy a starbucks coffee everyday, or lunch at a fastfood restaurant, and have a busy/crazy life, then you are the perfect candidate to start getting in shape now!

Something controversial or provocative about this subject

There is no magic bullet, no magic pill, no magic exercise. It's dedication, education and hard work!
