If you have enough time to watch a 1 hr TV show, enough $ to buy a starbucks coffee everyday, or lunch at a fastfood restaurant, and have a busy/crazy life, then you are the perfect candidate to start getting in shape now!
There is no magic bullet, no magic pill, no magic exercise. It's dedication, education and hard work!
