Diet, exercise and medicines are as effective as balloon angioplasty or coronary bypass surgery in preventing heart attack or cardiac death in people with coronary disease, but not as effective in preventing chest pain.

Dear Jon, The lower the BP the better for your leaking valve. 110/70 would be nice. The only way to be sure about hydralazine is stop it for 3 days and then restart it. One is supposed to do that

Dear Shri, Skipped beats are normal heart activity, no threat to life or health in someone with normal EKG and echo. About half of us have them, they are easy to understand as normal from knowledge
