At the age of 15 I had severe scoliosis (surgery recommended). After a brace failed to help and several other conventional methods failing. I started straightening my scoliosis with Chiropractic care. 10 years later, I became a Chiropractor and no longer have scoliosis. I have been in private practice for over 10 years in New York City. I have first hand knowledge and know what its like to be a Chiropractic Patient as well as a Doctor of Chiropractic.

I don't see why he would send you to physical therapy for a torqued pelvis??? Physical therapists deal with muscles, tendons, and ligaments (soft tissue), not bone misalignments. Chiropractors are the
well my guess would be that you are either suffering from a pinched nerve in your neck (thats why the arm is now hurting)or you may have displaced your clavicle. ibuprofen ONLY deals with your symptoms
Several good questions. It is indeed normal for us to shrink over time as we loose water and hydration in the discs , they deteriorate. It happens to both men and women, and can be slowed if you are thin
I'm not really sure what you are asking me. i can tell you that after surgery or injury to the shoulder you must rehab it. It can take sometimes up to 2 years to get it at 100%. You have a long history
My suggestion to you is to seek out a occipital or upper shoulder massage therapist. Start at 3x a week for 2 weeks and then 2 x a week for about 4 weeks and 1x a week fr 6 weeks. Or the same schedule
