What do you like about this subject?  I have had either an interest or participation in medicine since age 9. It's a subject that facinates me.
What do you still hope to achieve/learn in this field?  Medical learning is an ongoing process. This is a very dynamic profession.
Something interesting about this subject that others may not know:  A Physician Assistant trains with medical students and is expected to meet the same level of knowledge. We spend two years in school and then go out to practice. We ultimately perform virtually every task performed by a doctor with some limitations.
Something controversial or provocative about this subject  Medicine is as much an art as it is a science. Practitioners who talk more than listen, aren't willing to learn from their patients.
