Yikes! You need a wound care nurse! Please see your doctor and they can tell you there how to treat it at home, but I'd suggest you get it regularly assessed and treated until it is completely healed
Fatigue isn't a good sign. I think you need a doctor to examine you soon. You could have a lung problem causing fatigue. The lungs don't work as well to clear infection, mucous out when you smoke.
