Something controversial or provocative about this subject  people are not given the time these days in MOST settings in healthcare to get an appropriate answer to their questions. People are left in some cases more confused then ever.
What do you still hope to achieve/learn in this field?  To gain more knowledge on joint replacement rehabilitation and to become a leader in the field of clarifying information for patients who need help and answers to their orthopedic questions.
Something interesting about this subject that others may not know:  I have always liked the human skeleton and its ability to repair itself. The human skeleton has 206 bones with the femur being the longest and strongest bone in the body. Our Skeletons and whole bodies for that matter go through a complete rebuilding process every seven years.
What do you like about this subject?  Having had a joint replaced myself and feeling pain free again it opens the world up again for new opportunties for each of us. I enjoy seeing people have a huge success with their joint replacements and hopefully giving some hope for a better tomorrow and a brighter future.
