What do you like about this subject?

I've used it myself. I KNOW first hand how well Natural Health works.

What do you still hope to achieve/learn in this field?

Research to document Reiki's effectiveness treating stress. Write for both laymen and professionals about Natural Health, Meditation, Intuition Development and more.

Something interesting about this subject that others may not know:

Mainstream medicine and Natural health overlaps more than ever since modern science has begun to recognize the value of diet, exercise, sleep and stress reduction more than ever before.

Something controversial or provocative about this subject

Modern Scientific medicine is terrible at some things...but great at others. The same is true of Holistic methods. It is important for modern healers of any background to be familiar with both. It is possible to use the best of both worlds.

2015-01-12 Dessicated porcine thyroid:

Hi Barry    First, self-medicating is seldom a good idea, even for experts in the field. If you really feel that you have sub-clinical hypothyroid, a second opinion from another doctor or an alternative

You see, this is EXACTLY what I was talking about - your last note didn't mention that you had tried decoctions, teas, culinary use or any other forms at all. You didn't mention blood sugar issues either
