Nathan, I would do just what you did. However if the little flap turns black , then I would cut it off. Someimes if the flap keeps a blood supply it may heal.
Jane, You may have broken your foot. The only way to tell is with an X-Ray. You will need to see your doctor or go to your local Emergency Room. If it is broken and does not heal right, you could
Roberta, The blue finger tip will go away as the nail grows out. If you have not had a tetanus shot in the past 3 years it would not be a bad idea to get another one. Just contact your family doctor
Ashlie, I really don't know why his hand is getting numb. My guess would be that the thorn has some type of toxin on it. If it does not subside or gets worse I would suggest him seeing his doctor
Richard, I will suggest that you go to your family doctor or local emergency room. You will need a tenunus shot you have not had one in the past 3-5 years. Also you will be able to get some pain medication
