2009-11-07Julia10101010YesThanks so much for sharing your insight. I feel better knowing what questions to ask and that the staff is doing the right thing. I wasn't sure, and your praise for their care is quite a relief. Thank you so much!

2009-09-14D.10101010YesThank you Paula. I appreciate your honest feedback on my mother-in-law's story. I will "run" to a neurologist even if it means bypassing her family doctor. I"ll let you know how it goes. I've had a gut feeling for months now however when her own doctor said there was nothing to worry about I thought it was just me and that I should let it drop. I'm happy that I had you to ask advice.

2009-08-11Melody10101010YesWow! Thanks Paula, you are 100% right. I will talk to my sisters about the autopsy thing. Very good information. Thanks for taking the time to get right to the point. I appreciate you being candid, Melody
2009-08-11Melody10101010YesThanks Paula, for your caring and knowledgeable answer to my questions. I did forget to mention, I stopped having my period when I was only 38. I used to take Prempro for the moodiness and hot flashes. Great drug! I know the docs hate this drug and with my heart disease, I can no longer take this drug. Mom had a hysterectomy when she was 40, so I cannot judge how this may have affected her as far as the AD goes. Mom is healthy as a horse, as they say. Just the AD affecting her. I do have a busy, stress filled life and hopefully that is the problem, along with not being able to take Prempro, which was really a miracle drug for my menopause craziness. I do have BCBS insurance with my employer. To top it off, I forgot to mention I also have a prolapsed uterus, which is the icing on the cake! You are very sweet to be so personal in your response. I appreciate you so much, Paula, Melody
