2006-10-30Manuel10101010YesI solved the problems before see the answer. But it was exactly why I did however I also changed the memory from one slot to another, following the recommandation of somebody in your WEB side,I think that was Benedict Brand-Cotti coaching to somebody else in a similar problem. THANK YOU VERY MUCH !! MANUEL GONZALEZ-GIL

2006-09-26Sy Huynh10101010YesI was scared of touching things inside the computer case. Ben encouraged me, walked me though step by step, and taught me a huge lesson. The computer was given to me as a junk, Thanks to Ben, it is now running even better than my own computer. And it is not a spaceship to me anymore!

2006-08-22Landon10101010NoBen, Very good answers! You hit on one of the issues I had, that being the KVM but I elimated that variable immediately and it was still doing it. I've received several different ideas that I am going to try tomorrow when I get to work and see if any of them work. I'll keep you posted. Some of the thoughts - Update the mouse driver Try another keyboard (maybe one of the keys is sticking) Update the video driver Repair Windows Reinstall Windows Hopefully one will work!!! Thanks again, Landon

2006-06-22Jon Defibaugh10101010YesHappy days, after 8 months of rebuilding this system from a major lightning crash, I finally have it running. The cause of the sudden shutdowns was indeed heat, adding a bigger and better fan fixed the problem, bringing my CPU temp from 98C to 53C and it started up and is currently loading windows. Thank you very much.
