2009-10-09Guy10101010YesI'd never heard of your site until a few days ago when I heard a friend raving about it. And I must say, now I see why. Fantastic service! Thank you so much for your assistance!
2009-10-06Marianne10101010YesThanks again, Amy, but I'm on a Mac, so there's no right-clicking for me. However, there's a Preferences button in the top menu bar or Command + "," is a quick short cut, so fortunately I don't have to spend all those milli-seconds laboriously going to the Preferences pull-down under Illustrator, then Units... : ) We've really got it tough, don't we? You sound like you enjoy your job in graphics as much as I do, and I REALLY appreciate your quick & helpful answers when I'm in a pickle. Marianne
2009-10-06Marianne10101010NoTHANKS, AMY, YOU'RE GREAT! I do have In-design (although I don't know much about it), but I'll give that suggestion a try next time. To avoid font problems, I normally turn all the copy in my customer's files to outlines when I begin a job. It's helpful to know that if someone as experienced as you has the same trials I do, then I'm not missing some simple solution. Marianne
2009-10-05Tim10101010Yesthank you so much.. you are very helpful.. I'll do my research to determine the best format for my particular job

2009-08-07Ves10101010NoThanks a lot Amy! I will try this the following Monday at work, because I don't have Corel Draw at home. I found out also that Corel Draw has an option to save files as .ai files, but I am not sure is that big difference than saving as an .eps. Thanks a lot again! Ves
2009-08-03Ruth10101010NoHi Amy, Thanks for your quick reply, I have tried choosing glossy paper and the tiny dots fill but with no luck. I think I'll call HP out. Thanks anyway! Ruth

2009-05-13Marianne10101010YesTHANK YOU AMY!!! This worked perfectly! It would have taken me hours (or days) to come up with this technique on my own. You're a genius, and you just made me seem like one to my customer too! This service is INVALUABLE. Thank you or being a volunteer.

2009-05-08Tim10101010YesThank you so much Amy! One folow up question on the gradient subject. What's the best way to convert a PMS gradient to RGB? Is it ok to use just the RGB colour values on my PMS Colourbridge? If you dont mind I am sure to call upon your knowledge in the future! :D Kind Regards, Tim
