| 2009-08-03 | Susan | 10 | 10 | 10 | 10 | No | Hi Paul, thank you for reply. You helped me a lot. Opening the dwg file in AutoCad 2007 and saving there solved most of our problems. In addition, there were more than 10k layerfilter in the drawing, which no one had defined how ever. After deleting all layerfilter the zoom became much smoother. Regards Susan |

| 2008-12-25 | Steven | 10 | 10 | 10 | 10 | Yes | Thanks a bunch, epsecially for being so specific. I will definitely be looking into some of those other programs within the next day or so. I was mainly curious about the autocad because there is a (probably slim) chance that I could have limited access to the software at the college where I graduated from. They teach it there and I got along with the instructor pretty well. I do plan on going back to school and that is one of my options. It jsut depends on where the stability is at. Again, thanks for the advice; it's going to be very useful, Steven |

| 2008-11-06 | Bill May | 10 | 10 | 10 | 10 | No | Paul Thanks for the incouragement. I keep a copy of my customized acad.pat file on the server and manually reload it when I lose it. I don't use .scr files but am familiar with the. I am assuming that the .scr file would automate the process. |
