2009-08-03Susi10101010NoThank you Jeffson. I will try your suggestion. Unfortunately I dont have the software to save the mp3 as a wav at work, but do at home. It is really annoying as I have created presentations in the past with mp3 files attached and had no problem. I will push on with your advice. Cheers,

2009-04-28jalal881010Yesi do appreciate your help.... but this will not solve the problem since users may need to edit ppt file few moments before the show. thanks again

2009-03-31Stephanie10101010NoI actually found a better way to do this. I used Customs Slide Show in order to link to a set of slides (inside the same presentation) and then come back to my original slide. I works like a charm. Thank you for your response I am sure that there will be cases when it will come in handy. Stephanie
2009-03-26Brenda10101010NoThank you so much. I got a very quick response and a good explanation to my problem.
2009-03-11Lori10101010YesThis morning when I went in to set the options you had suggested, I saw they had already been set. I must've set them when I was trying things yesterday, but had no success. I can only assume it was shutting down for the night and restarting this morning that gave the setting the reboot it needed to print properly. Thanks so much for your help and prompt reply!

2009-02-17Bruce10101010YesIncredible service - fast, thorough, easy to understand. I'm a teacher, and this answer made the difference between being able to demonstrate the lesson to my class in PPT, and me just talking for 5 hours! Couldn't have done it without Jeff's help. Tried..couldn't! You rock!! Thank you so much.
