C:\JDK\lib\tools.jar Maybe capitalizing Ant in: C:\Ant\bin; It suprised me that you mentioned changing JDK_Home=C:\JDK (to) JAVA_HOME=C:\JDK But I did change it, and the and - version - has no errors - and provides me with the following: C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator>ant -version Apache Ant version 1.7.1 compiled on June 27 2008 C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator> Thanks Very much for your help!
