2009-11-18David10101010NoI am saving it to hard drive. "Downlaod image to disk." I tried to send you this as a follow-up but it says: "This expert is unable to accept new questions at this time." If you'd like to reply, please email me at musicus@ca.rr.com. Thanks.

2009-08-15Laurie10101010NoWow! It's that easy? I was thinking I couldn't have two browsers at the same time (I thought one would override or interfere with another). Thanks very much for your help.
2009-06-22Linda10101010NoYour last suggestion made the problem better. I don't get as many pop ups but they still occur. Thank you for your time.

2009-01-28Dennis Clementi10101010YesThank you,you advise was most welcome. However I contacted Microsoft directly it seems this problem was caused by a virus that somehow bypassed both my anti-virus and anti-spyware programs. Microsoft helped me reset the system back to it normal mode of operation.

2008-06-19Bridgitte10101010YesThank you for your response. In the tiem it took to get your response though I found a way to resolve my issue. I ended up downloading FireFox and then used it's Tools/Options and Disabled Certain "Add Ons." At that point the Explorer was once again functional. I needed to do it that way because I did not have "Administrative Right's" The Problem was an "Add On" for the "SweetIMs" Download. When I tried to get rid of it... It tried to shut me down. Thanks again! Bridgitte
