2009-09-24Ray109810YesRichard quickly understood what I was attempting to do in MailMerge, Word 2007. He explained it in pretty basic and clear terms (for the amateur) and did so within a reasonable time frame. I would be pleased to nominate Richard Rost fror "Volunteer of the Month." He's certainly my "Volunteer of the Month." Thank you

2009-06-14Josh1010810YesThe field of expertise that this expert works with is a time intensive one. It is understandable why it took as long as it did for a response. Mr. Rost was both knowledgeable and polite. Thank you Mr. Rost! I really appreciate your help!
2009-04-07Paul1010110NoThanks. It works.

2009-03-10Bob10101010YesHi Richard, Thanks a million, that will save me so much time. It is so easy to do, but then it always is once someone shows you. lol. Anyway, thanks again for a job well done. Bob Mclellan
2009-03-06Lee10114NoI waited six days for that? I still don't understand, and am now unable to post a follow-up answer. Thank you for your time, I guess.

2009-01-21Sarah107107NoThanks for your help! It's much appreciated! I hope that info will help my friend for a long time to come. I used AllExperts because it was free. I hope you don't mind. I checked your website & found it very interesting, but I couldn't afford to sign up for anything. But, your help on AllExperts was very useful. I'm sure you are very busy. Thank you so much for taking the time to help me! Have a great day!

2008-08-24Julia10101010YesYou are TOTALLY AWESOME! Thank you for helping this old bat! I gave up using word because of this. If I could rate you higher then 10 I would. Again... thank you!
2008-08-14celeste1091010NoVery impressed with the short turn around with what I would think has a high volume of questions. The clarity was very good, I understood it all and the only part that waivered from my question was tied in with a very good suggestion. And although I read "I'm Sorry." I'm certain the expert wasn't really :) he just was trying to express the unfortunate lack of ease I was hoping to have. Overall, very good. Very quick. Very polite. Very clear. Very knowledgeable. Response given, suggestion given, and problems of what could occur doing one thing without an other. Thank you!
2008-08-05Geri10101010NoThanks, Richard. After I wrote to you, I did a little more investigating and you're right - works best if you just add an "Address 2" column, mail merge will only pick up a single row (one line of text). Thanks!
2008-08-05Kartik10101010NoGrate!!! Awesome!! Thanks a ton for the help:)
2008-05-29Johnny101610NoNo help...
2008-05-27Thelma10101010YesRichard - You were right on the money on that one! I tried emailing with my Mozilla account rather than Incredimail. The commas appeared! Thanks so much for your timely and accurate response. You rock!
