Once I got to the organizer, I also figured out that because the buttons I created for my 2000 macros had been added to the Reviewing toolbar, they did not show up to be transferred. However, because you got me started, I was able to create a custom toolbar in the 2000 template, copy my buttons to that. Then I was able to copy the entire toolbar over to 2003 through the organizer--whew! This is a lesson--clearly, I did not give you enough info to begin with; however, the answer you gave me got me pointed in the right direction and, voila, I've got my toolbar. As college online English instructor, being able to transfer that toolbar, which I have spent several years compiling is a lifesaver. Now if we can just get Microsoft to back off of the limited customization trend evidence in Word 2007, which I uninstalled within a week after I bought my new laptop, I could rest easy. I have used word up to advanced, including Macros, very limited VBA. Basic to advanced questions are welcome. Currently using Word 2003 and Word Xp but will try to recollect for earlier editions.
