I understood that he couldn't help me with my problem and provided him with info. on other research I had done to resolve my problem and some conclusions I had concerning the vendor of my computer. I didn't know if my issues with the vendor were appropriate in this forum so I kept the message private. I didn't expect a response, since the Expert had made it clear that he didn't know how to solve my problem, but I had thought the information I gave might be useful to the Expert. |
