2009-11-18Marylin10101010YesThanks for your help. I will have to change the dates manually using the mm/dd/yy form of dates. This is apparently a mystery that will not be solved. But I am really happy to have found you. Marylin

2009-11-02Monte10101010YesThank you! The mistake I was making was that, when I put zeros in the cells where the employee had no data, the average function counted that as a number and threw my averages off. It's working great now!

2009-09-06Carol910107NoAfter responding to my question to the best of his ability, the Expert said to let him know if I had any questions or comments. I had some comments. I understood that he couldn't help me with my problem and provided him with info. on other research I had done to resolve my problem and some conclusions I had concerning the vendor of my computer. I didn't know if my issues with the vendor were appropriate in this forum so I kept the message private. I didn't expect a response, since the Expert had made it clear that he didn't know how to solve my problem, but I had thought the information I gave might be useful to the Expert.
