2009-10-28Anat1091010NoI would like to thank you for your quick reply and for clarifying things with regards to the German law. As you recommended, seems that maybe is better to meet a layer in order to cover all the details/ and lows with regards to International Prenuptial Agreements, because it might be more complex than I thought. However, is the International Prenuptial Agreements must always to be handled by layer, in order that it will be legal in Germany? or two people could write it by themselves and it will be still legal?

2009-10-17Ana881010Noanswer was fine, but it did not clarify my question exactly. i understand more info was needed, but i would prefer to then pay a fee and get a better final answer if that is the case. it says the expert would need more info to elaborate, what more info and how much would it cost to get a complete answer after providing the details?

2009-10-01Ann Earl109105YesI really do appreciate your help on this issue. I am still mystified by the inheritance laws in Germany and so am looking at where my son's assets really were, who owned them, in what financial vehicles, who are the real beneficiaries, where there trusts involved, but your answer does now lead me to do a lot of checking. Thank you. While I appreciate your quick response to follow-up questions, your attitude in the first Email was rude. "Your wrong" is not an appropriate answer, though your follow-up answers were very helpful.
