We are in Oklahoma- DHS is department of Human Services, they are reposible for several things including the investigation and removal of mistreated and neglected children and placing them in suitable homes. I did think about having a guest book, but I like the idea about putting pictures in it (I'm making a separate scrap book for him for Christmas that will include the birthday too). And I really like the idea of people telling about parts of his life - thats my favorite part! His sister will be there so she can do the first years. yay! thank you!!!
