2008-11-13Shelly10101010YesThanks, Jeff, for your quick answer-one last phone call, maybe to the D.A.'s office- and if I do not get a response, I am able to move forward with the confidence that this too soon shall pass...Thanks for your help! Not wanting to invest legal fees where I am feeling like I will never get away from this car, you have helped tremendously!
2008-10-27Musafir10101010YesThank you Jeff! Appreciate your help.
2008-10-13Dave10101010YesThanks for your help.
2008-09-16Dorothy10101010YesJeff responded quickly and in depth, he even included telephone numbers! I only wish I experienced such excellent service more often. Thank you, Dorothy from Ontario
2008-08-25Frank B10101010YesA very level heade response and a willingness to follow up if i wanted him to do so
2008-08-21mish10101010YesThank you for your fast and complete response. Along with car pooling and only driving back and forth to work I rarely drive the atrocity. I am just going to hold on to it and learn from my mistakes. Thanks again and have a great weekend!
2008-08-09Barbara10101010NoThank you, I should never have left the lot with the car. I need to learn that they always have their best interests in mind first, not mine.
2008-08-07Vikram10101010YesThanks for your detailed and knowledgeable reply. I'm going to go ahead and get a new Civic. The fact that the only used Honda Civics that were significantly cheaper than a new car were the ones that were a couple of years old or had a lot of miles on them attests to the great resale value of this car. That's great news to me! New car it is...
2008-08-01Bobbie1010106NoI will show the answer to my husband and hopefully he will rethink the whole idea.
2008-07-28peri10101010YesThank you...I'll send her to the attorney generals office.
2008-07-16Tom10101010YesThank you so much for taking the time to address my issues! God Bless!! Thanks Again!
2008-07-13Elena10101010YesThanks.
2008-07-13Ana10101010NoThorough and though provoking. You gave me more to research and understand. Thank you very much.

2008-06-22Sandra10101010YesThankyou, I wish I had someone to bring with me, I know NO ONE here, just moved. But thanks!
2008-06-11Joy10101010NoThanks again Jeff. After picking the car up and leaving it in the sun..the smell was just as strong. I took the car back and upon my request they removed the seat and pulled up carpet. Turns out, the residual oils from the capsules were underneath. They've promised to do a better job of cleaning up the mess this time so we'll see how it goes.
2008-06-10Jason10101010YesThanks. That was above and beyond what I expected.
2008-06-07wendy10101010YesThank you for your response. I really appreciate your input. I did provide Nissan w/the actual miles and $4.4k is what they came up with. Though, I did not ask the doomed question regarding mileage with regards to what I have now vs the "allowed" monthly mileage. That is definately something to research further. This will be my first and last lease. I've learned an expensive lesson. I'll give thought to the "beater" idea. Not sure my husband will allow it given my son travels with me to/from work to daycare/school. thanks again.
2008-06-03Joy10101010YesThank-you so much Jeff. That's exactly what I told the service manager this morning-if you don't know the source you can't fix the problem. Will call him right now and if necessary provide him with a copy of your reply. Thanks again.

2008-04-29Susan10101010NoThanks so much! There is only one dealer around here and this wasn't advertised. This was the price they came up with after I kept hedging and trying to decide what to do.
2008-04-25Rocco10101010NoThanks. I think I will take your advice.

2008-04-07melissa10101010Yesthank you soo much for getting back to me. this was so helpful. i knew about the obvious risk in buying a rebuilt car but never really considered it possibly being hugely unsafe in the future. you have really put things in perspective and madew me look at this situation differently. thank you!!
2008-04-01Jamie10101010NoThanks Jeff. I didn't realize I received a reply from you until today, so I apologize for the late response. Your advice is very helpful. I am now uncertain if I should go with the civic si sedan. I am also considering the 2009 toyota corolla XRS. In terms of performance, what can you tell me about each engine. Si: hp: 197 @ 7800 torque: 139 @ 6100 XRS: hp: 158 @ 6000 torque: 162 @ 4000 Thanks, Jamie
