2009-11-17Todd10101010NoSorry my question wasn't clear enough. I ended up making a query for each FieldID, and then added all of them to one mother query that combines all the values for each FieldID into one row for each req't. I was hoping there could be an easier way, but it doesn't appear that way. Thank you for your time, and for the additional tutorial links. Todd

2009-11-13Gail1010710YesHe gave me a simple solution that hadn't occurred to me. I was so fixated on making one type of solution work that I hadn't thought about other routes to the same result.

2009-09-08Elaine10101010NoThanks After I reread it, I realized what I didn't do. Unfortunately, I don't have anyone in my office that I can turn to to help, so unless I catch everything myself, I go crazy, and quite often it is right in front of me. Thanks again for helping me.
2009-09-08Dendalee10101010NoThanks for your speedy response. I actually redid my report and put the entire thing in the footer of the report - which of course allowed me to view all of my calculations without seeing the actual records on the report itself. Thanks again for your help!
