2009-07-31Rhonda1091010YesKirk response would have been slightly more supportive if he had explained terms like "direct oil." Nonetheless, I now know exactly how to proceed. Overall his response was more than thorough as he anticipated additional helpful information.

2009-06-04Julie Butts108910YesThe answer Kirk gave me did answer the question I posted. I should have asked a more precise question. I was afraid of giving too many details and/or having the question be to lengthy. I also was trying to avoid asking the manufacturer which is why I posted the question. I felt as though I might have been misled by them. Thank you very much for your time and attention.

2009-04-15Janie10101010YesThanks I'll check into them. Sounds safer than adding wood to bottom.
2009-04-13Lee10101010YesThank you so much for your response I do appreciate it. I have metal sliders..I oiled them..they seem to work fine. I guess the problem is that maybe the wood is warped on band outside the leafs. ..as the table closes tight with out the leafs in. Might have to just get a new table. Thanks again. Cheers! Lee

2008-12-22Betsy10101010NoThank you, very good advice. And, actually it says "allow to soak into wood," so I guess interpreting that as over hours was my fault! I do appreciate your help.
